All credit card payments are processed at the time the order is placed.
Shipping
Every piece of Decibel Designs furniture is made to order here in California and packed by hand with tender loving care. Typically, we ship about two to three weeks after receiving your order. Catalog items include shipping cost (free shipping) to the 48 contiguous states. Quotes freely furnished for other locations.
Quotes for custom orders include the cost of shipping within the contiguous 48 states.
Quotes for the rest of the world will show cost of item and an estimated ship cost. A separate invoice for actual ship cost will be submitted for payment once the cabinet is packed and we have real dimensional and weight data. Please see the Custom Work page for more information.
Returns
We guarantee your satisfaction. Period. Full stop. Any shortage or part breakage will be replaced free.
You may return items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, less the cost of shipping. Please contact us for instructions and a return authorization number.
Custom finishes may not be returned and therefore not refunded. ie; any finish other than Natural or Unfinished.
In most cases, we will process your refund immediately upon receipt of the returned item. You should expect to receive it within four weeks—it’s usually sooner. This includes the time it may take for your bank or credit card provider to process our refund request.
