The swivel dvd storage cabinet is constructed of cabinet grade formaldehyde free plywood. Absolutely the strongest material to build with and it's light weight saves on shipping.
Optional glass doors are tempered light gray tint with a polished edge. A beautiful door!
The finish is a solvent free EPA endorsed urethane lacquer that is virtually scratch proof.
You can order a custom Minwax Wood Finish color if our standard finishes won't work for you. We top it with our clear lacquer finish for a gorgeous result. Just pick any color and let us know the name and number.
This swivel dvd storage cabinet utilizes thin 1/4 plywood divider shelves that are adjustable every 1 1/4 inches. By being only 1/4 it gives more interior space for media storage.
The shelves are sized for DVD's to be stored horizontally making it easier to read the titles. But vertical book style is fine too for video games, CD's, videos, and paperback books.
We use an American made all steel ball bearing swivel which is rated at 1000 pounds! We've found that the more weight you put on it the better it swivels. Made from end rolls of automotive sheet metal in a mile long factory in Wisconsin.
Assembly of the swivel DVD storage cabinet is simple. You'll need a Philips screwdriver to attach the swivel bearing. We provide everything else.

It's readily apparent that the cabinet is high quality. I had an Espresso finish done which is top notch. These (I bought two) cabinets look great in my sound corner and I get lots of compliments. I'll be getting a stereo cabinet to match next.

Excellent Product
My husband and I love our two swivel cabinets with glass doors. They are beautiful, very sturdy, and hold easily hold our many CD's and DVD's. We'll probably buy more products from Peter and Decibel Designs!
