The times, they are a changing. These aren't just great Bob Dylan lyrics, they're also a truth about online shopping. Remember when you used to get so excited because you'd just ordered something online and you couldn't wait for it to arrive? Now, many consumers are overwhelmed by the stipulations around the shipping of their item. And while Decibel hasn't quite determined how to master general life stress, we sure as heck can help with stress as it relates to the shipping and receiving of our products. 

We've tackled this before on the blog, but it's time for a refresher. Here are some fun facts to keep in mind:

  • Your credit card payment is processed at the same time that an order is placed.
  • We normally ship your products about two weeks after receiving your order. This is because we put a lot of TLC into each item. We actually hand build your cabinet right here!
  • The quote that we give you for your item, includes all shipping costs if the product is headed to one of the 48 contiguous states. If you're looking to ship outside of the US, contact us for a custom quote. We prefer to use FedEx, because they handle our large packages better than anyone else. But at customer request we have used their freight forwarders and their shipping accounts. We pack very well so international shipments arrive with your cabinet in perfect condition.
